OUR POSSIBILITIES

The Department of Extracorporeal Treatment and Detoxification integrates counselling and diagnostic care and treatment in the following cases:

  • obstetric conditions: toxicosis, recurrent miscarriage, antiphospholipid syndrome, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, fetoplacental insufficiency, hemolytic disease of the fetus, ABO hemolytic disease, preeclampsia, HELLP-syndrome, sepsis, hemolytic-uremic syndrome, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), postpartum complications, hypogalactia and other;
  • gynecologic diseases: infertility, inflammatory diseases, climacteric disorders, rehabilitation after surgery, preparation to IVF,  chronic fatigue syndrome, anti-aging programs and other;
  • other diseases: asthma, diabetes, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, neurodermatitis, allergy, autoimmune and blood disorders, hypercholesterolemia, obesity and other.

SCIENTIFIC WORK

Research work is aimed to improve the methods of multidisciplinary care provision for patients with various diseases. The main research trends are: usage of quantum haemotherapy, ozone therapy and hemapheresis methods for prevention and treatment of habitual miscarriage and ART programs; study of extracorporeal detoxification efficiency using modern research methods (impact on mitochondria, lymphocytes, erythrocytes, thrombocytes and their kinetics, proteomics, hemorheology, immune mechanisms) in preeclampsia, sepsis, hepatic and kidney insufficiency; further elaboration and scientific rationale of blood-saving procedures using modern hemostatic drugs, umbilical cord blood components, infusions and their impact on pregnant women, gynecologic patients and newborns.
