ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The whole spectrum of diagnostic ultrasound examination is available for children from birth to 18 years by highly qualified diagnosticians. Annually more than 30,000 patients undergo USE.
Two main factors determine the high-quality ultrasound examination in the Department: the level of professional training of the doctors and the equipment. The professional team of diagnosticians had underwent extensive practice in the best pediatric clinics in Moscow and abroad.
EQUIPMENT
Advanced and expert ultrasound diagnostic equipment of the leading manufacturers of medical equipment, which is used in neonatology and pediatrics, meets high standards, is certified and safe.
FOCUS AREA
- children from 0 to 18 years old, who were born in the Center or came from other medical institutions;
- premature/extremely preterm babies;
- children with congenital malformations and those, who have undergone surgical treatment in the neonatal period;
- children with cholestatic liver disease and congenital metabolic disorders;
- children who have undergone liver transplantation;
- children born after ART (IVF);
- children with congenital heart defects.

- Neurosonography
- abdominal US (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen);
- US of gastrointestinal tract (stomach, intestines, Water Siphon Test);
- US of the kidney, adrenal glands, ureters, bladder;
- US of the heart/echocardiogram (echo);
- Hip US;
- US of the thyroid gland;
- UStrasound of the thymus;
- Pelvic US;
- Breast US;
- scrotal-inguinal US;
- soft tissues US;
- US of the pleural cavities;
- Eye US;
- transcranial Doppler sonography
