On February 09, 2026 the delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic visited the Kulakov National Medical Research Center, the leading Russian medical institution for obstetrics, gynecology and perinatology. The guest side was presented by Kanybek Dosmambetov – the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic; two Deputy Ministers – Bakytbek Kadyraliev and Temirbek Erkinov, and by the Counsellor of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia – Gulbarchyn Baiymbetova. Kulakov National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology of the Ministry of Health of Russia took part in the roundtable discussion “Dialogue between Russia and the Arab World: Advanced Technologies for Human Health,” on December 8, 2025, at the Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
The Kulakov Center was represented by: Gennady Sukhikh (Academician of RAS, Director), Vladimir Klimov (Head Specialist in Obstetrics of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Head of the Service for Organization of Medical Care), Ekaterina Yarotskaya (Head of the Department of International Cooperation), and Anna Chizhova (translator of the Department of International Cooperation).

On October 28, 2025 the delegation headed by Mrs. Iftida Yasar, Member of the Supervisory Board of the National Social Security Agency of Indonesia, which manages state hospitals and makes decisions on funding medical technologies, visited the Kulakov Center in Moscow. The Indonesian delegation was accompanied by representatives of Rosatom Research and Development Solutions JSC dealing with promotion of national technologies of State Atomic Energy Corporation “Rosatom” in healthcare worlwide. The delegation was met by the Director of the Kulakov Center, Academician Gennady Sukhikh, and Professor Ekaterina Yarotskaya, Head of the International Cooperation Department, who introduced the guests to the Center's structure and activities.

Following an extended meeting of the leadership of the Ministry of Health, representatives of leading Russian scientific and educational institutions and medical universities with the heads of diplomatic missions of Latin American and Caribbean countries held on May 21, 2025, the Ambassador of Mexico to Russia Mr. Eduardo Villegas Megias visited the Kulakov National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on August 13, 2025.

Jo Zong Rae, Kim Hyon, Kim Hyek Chol (Head of the Department of the Pyongyang Hospital), as well as Choe Kwi Nam (representative of the DPRK Ministry of Health) visited the Kulakov National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

On May 21, 2025, an extended meeting of the Ministry of Health, representatives of leading Russian medical research centers and medical universities with the heads of diplomatic missions from 18 Latin America and Caribbean countries was held at the P. Hertsen Moscow Oncology Research Institute (MORI) (the branch of the FSBI “National Medical Research Radiological Centre” (NMRRC) of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation).

From May 14 to 16, 2025, the International Scientific and Educational Congress dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Scientific Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is the leading and largest scientific institution in Kazakhstan for the implementation of the state policy in the field of reproductive health protection, took place in Almaty (Kazakhstan).
