The first online meeting between the Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and the FSBI “National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Academician V.I. Kulakov”
On August 21, 2021, the first online meeting between the Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and the FSBI “National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Academician V.I. Kulakov” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation took place.
The Center was represented by: Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennadiy Sukhikh, Director of the National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology; prof. Ekaterina Yarotskaya, Head of the Department of International Cooperation; prof. Alexander Sencha, Head of the Division of Diagnostic Imaging; Dr. Kirill Kostyukov, Head of the Department of ultrasound and functional diagnostics, prof. Alexander Gus, Leading Researcher, and Dr. Vladimir Bychenko, Head of Department of X-ray diagnostics. The Chinese side was represented by prof. Wu Qingqing, Vice-President of the Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, with her team and research groups from the Hospital.
During the online meeting, the parties made presentations about their centers, marked the similarity in structure, noted the scope of medical care, underlined clinical and scientific tasks, discussed the prospects for cooperation with a special focus on visual diagnostics, and agreed to continue the discussion in order to develop a cooperation program.
This online meeting was held with the support and participation of a medical device manufacturer Mindray.
