ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

This is the first Department of Aesthetic Gynecology and Rehabilitation in Russia, which offers innovative, effective and safe methods of overcoming different pathologic conditions and physiological age-related gynecological and urogenital changes in women.

The Department was the first, which has started using radiofrequency in treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in women, and we successfully solve the associated problems: prolapse of the pelvic organs, various types of urinary and fecal incontinence, hyperactive bladder, genitourinary syndrome, chronic pelvic pain, vulvar lichen sclerosus, chronic cystitis and painful bladder syndrome, sexual dysfunction and pelvic organ prolapse.

Vast experience and high professionalism allows to help the patients to get ready for pregnancy, to restore health after delivery, to suspend the process of pelvic organ prolapse at an early stage, to manage the problem of urinary incontinence, to enhance sexual function.

The purpose of treatment in our Department is to slow down the aging, to prolong female sexuality and attractiveness.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE PROCEDURES IN THE DEPARMENT

The latest minimally invasive and non-invasive laser technologies are used in the Department  to solve the most complex and intimate medical problems.

  • Hysteroscopy
  • Hysteroresectoscopy
  • Diagnostic curettage, alphascopy, polypectomy, endometrial ablation  for endometrial pathology
  • Perineoplasty 

DIAGNOSTICS

The Department provides the diagnostics and treatment of urinary tract disorders , combined spectral- and video-fluorescent diagnostics and photodynamic therapy in women with vulvovaginal candidiasis and vaginal dysbiosis, inflammatory vulval, vaginal and cervical disorders, recurrent genital warts, as well as prevention, screening and treatment of cervical pathology caused by the human papillomavirus.

The diagnostics of urinary disorders is carried out using:

  • uroflowmetry;
  • cystometry;
  • determination of the volume of residual urine;
  • urethral pressure profilometry;
  • complex urodynamic study (CUDI)  –  the study of hydrodynamics and muscle activity to define the functional status of the lower urinary tract.

Treatment Techniques and Technologies

The Department is pioneering the application of the latest minimally invasive and non-invasive laser techniques:

  • CO2 fractional laser (MonaLisaTouch), Deca laser, Erbiev Photon laser) for treatment sexual dysfunction after childbirth, various types of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, genitourinary syndrome in menopausal period, vulval and perineal lichen sclerosus.
  • Anti-aging programs in gynecology and anti-aging drugs based on human placental extract
  • Radio frequency and other technologies
  • Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy
  • Restoration of microflora in women with vulvovaginal candidiasis
  • Biofeedback for pelvic floor muscle training with the use of electrical stimulation devices Urostim, Uroproktokor under ultrasound control
  • Special devices (vaginal cones, Kegel trainers) and portable training devices MyoBravo,   DoloBravo, MagicKegelMaster, pneumatic training device EmbaGYN and others for effective muscle training
  • Extracorporeal magnetic stimulation of the neuromuscular apparatus of the pelvic floor with Avantron device for treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, such as urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, constipation, sexual dysfunction, anorgasmia, chronic pelvic pain. Avantron is used for treatment of women and men
  • Injection of periurethral bulking agents based on  hyaluronic acid and the use of cellular technologies for urinary incontinence; intimate contour plastics for rejuvenation of the vaginal and perineal walls, labial reconstruction and libido enhancement
