FOCUS AREA

The Laboratory provides full range of tests for the diagnosis of immune diseases: systemic and local immune factors which cause infertility, habitual miscarriage, endometriosis, endocrine disorders, inflammatory processes and other conditions.

The list of tests includes:

•          Immunological status assessment: quantitative determination of lymphocytes subsets and immunoglobulin rate;

•          Immunocompetent cell functional state in various infections, screening for HIV, hepatitis B and C, syphilis, TORCH infections;

•          Drug monitoring (tacrolimus, vancomycin, digoxin, valproic acid);

•          Analysis of the level of various biologic markers;

•          Diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome – determination of lupus anticoagulant, antiphospholipid antibodies;

•          Autoimmune status testing – identification of organ-specific (antiovarien, antrispermatozoal, antithyroid and other) and non-specific (to phospholipids, chorionic gonadotropin and other) antibodies;

•          Diagnostics of  thrombohemorrhagic disorders;

•          Determination of blood group, Rh factor, determination of blood phenotype, anti-erythrocyte antibodies, as well as diagnosis of possible restrictions and complications associated with this factors;

•          A wide range of tests for infertility, including antisperm antibodies and impaired sperm function.

SCIENTIFIC WORK

Scientific research of the Laboratory is aimed at the improvement of modern methods of prediction, diagnosis and prevention of reproductive system disorders and pregnancy immunopathology, the role of immune factors in the pathology of gestation process, intrauterine infections, and postpartum complications, the role of autoimmune mechanisms in reproduction process and thrombophilia disorders during pregnancy.

The Laboratory possesses advanced equipment, which is mastered by skilled and experienced specialists.
