October 16-November 02 in Kyrgyz Republic and October 30-November 15, 2023 in Tajikistan, the eighth mission of a joint project with WHO on “Improving the quality of hospital care to reduce maternal, newborn and child mortality in 4 countries (Tajikistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia and Vietnam)” was held.

On October 27, 2023, an official delegation from the Syrian Arab Republic made a visit to the Kulakov Center. The delegation included: the Minister of Health of the Syrian Arab Republic Hassan al-Ghabbash, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Syrian Arab Republic Jaafari Bashar, the Counselor of the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in the Russian Federation Ismail Abdelrazzaq. The guests" interest was aroused by the successful implementation in the Kulakov National Center of advanced innovative medical technologies in the field of obstetrics, gynecology and neonatology.

According to the goals announced during the summit “Russia – Africa” on July 27-28. 2023, National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Academician V.I. Kulakov of the Ministry of Health of Russia invited a number of specialists in the field of reproductive medicine from African countries to participate in XXIV All-Russia scientific and educational forum “Mother and Child - 2023”, as well as to discuss joint educational programs and the issues of export of medical services from Russia to African countries: Dr. Coulibali Founzegue Amadou, Associate Professor of San-Pedro University, President of Inter-African Group for study, research and application of reproductive technologies (GIERAF), San-Pedro, Côte d'Ivoire; Dr. Kapend Mwad’ Mwang Yolande, Head of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Ngaliema clinic, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo; Dr. Diakite Djeidi Kaba, General Director of Kabala clinic, Past President of GIERAF, Bamako, Republic of Mali; Dr. Keita Aissata, embryologist of Kabala clinic, Bamako, Republic of Mali; Dr. Matete Mounoi Julien Ignace, gynecologist, of the clinic “Clinique Medicale de la Fondation Matete”, Brazzaville, Republic of Congo; Mrs. Matete Mounoi Alice, biologist, Director of the clinic “Clinique Medicale de la Fondation Matete”, Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.
