GOALS OF THE INSTITUTE

- EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS in reproductive medicine.

- CLINICAL ACTIVITY: development of standards and clinical recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.

- SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH: consolidation of the work of clinical and scientific departments; the development of joint programs; providing the competitive scientific research.

- TEAM WORK OF A WIDE RANGE OF SPECIALISTS: reproductive health is a priority; creation of a different directions within the framework of this task.

FOCUS AREA

Development and improvement of knowledge in the field of reproductive medicine.

The specialists in reproductive medicine use up-to-date high technologies in infertility treatment:

• Standard IVF program - ovarian stimulation, transvaginal puncture, embryo culturing and transfer;
• IVF / ICSI - IVF with egg fertilization by a single sperm cell obtained from the ejaculate or testicles (PESA, TESA). In typical forms of pathozoospermia, the best spermatozoon is selected using the advanced techniques of sperm selection (PESA, MEZA potential spermatozoa, IMSI, donor’s gamets);
• IVF with the use of donor’s oocytes or donor’s spermatozoa, and/or involvement of surrogate mothers;
•  IVF with the preimplantation genetic testing (PGT);
• Preservation of biological material (oocytes, embryos), including patients with cancer;
• Surgical treatment of infertility;
• Management of patients with ART complications (ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHS), multiple pregnancy, etc.);
• Collaboration with obstetricians for subsequent pregnancy management.
